A curator series of architectural revivals from a private boutique investor and developer. We’re inspired by the character of our neighbourhoods to bring renewed meaning to places, raising their value through strategic custodianship and purposeful design.
From the French for ‘embroidered’, Brodee was born from a deep respect for the power of bringing people together to improve places. The interweaving of human stories and traditions is how we celebrate the character and potential of a space, a building or even a whole neighbourhood. That’s why we’re committed to creating authentic and resilient projects that are also culturally stitched into their social and environmental contexts.
Our works
This is work shaped by time rather than haste. Brodee looks for character over perfection, substance over spectacle, and longevity over scale. It favours the quiet intelligence of reuse — honouring what already exists, while carefully adapting it for new lives and new purposes. In doing so, each space becomes both a continuation and a beginning, grounded in
its past yet open to what comes next.
