Brodee’s founder Daniel Brownlee is a former partner at Knight Frank, with a career that has seen him entrusted with high-profile places for clients in global cities from London to Brisbane. His work has predominantly been for commercial developers, landlords and occupiers in London, advising on period townhouses and warehouse retrofit projects to some of the largest placemaking schemes and estates in the Capital.
Born in France with a Scottish father and Welsh mother, and now with a Spanish wife, Daniel adopts an international perspective rooted in a respect for local cultural traditions and the importance of family. This philosophy very much underpins Brodee’s perspective as we build a positive legacy that Daniel’s daughter and family will be proud of.
Daniel holds a Master’s degree in International Real Estate & Planning from The Bartlett at UCL, a Bachelor’s degree in Geography & Planning from Cardiff University, and is a professional member of the RICS.
